Eagle Crest is a member of North American Riding for the Handicapped Association. Our riding instructors are certified by the association and are also certified in CPR and first aid.

All disabilities are covered as long as there is a doctors release. Some of their challenges are: Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Emotional/Behavioral Problems, Speech Impaired, Hearing Impaired, Head Trauma/Brain Injury, Learning Disabled, Mental Retardation, Paraplegic, Spina Bifida, Spinal cord Injury, Stroke/CVA, Visually Impaired, MS, Depression and many other.

No one is ever turned away for lack of ability to pay for classes!!

If the student can't pay, we request scholarship donations from the community. We operate on donations, corporate gifts and grants. The student must have a doctor's release, which is the only requirement.

Eagle Crest serves all Special Education classes from the surrounding school districts, Early Childhood Intervention services as well as the ACCESS (MHMR) program for Anderson and Cherokee counties, Group Homes, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Services as well as any other persons that could benefit from this program.

Nursing students from TVCC and UT Tyler do clinical and community service hours at Eagle Crest.
